Norman Wright (born 1952) is a 2nd generation FL Highwaymen and started out making frames for some of the original Highwaymen artists. He is a nephew to both original Highwaymen Al Black and Isaac Knight. He is sometimes considered the “Forgotten Highwaymen” as there is debate as to whether or not he should have been considered one of the original. Wright is also from Fort Pierce and learned to paint under the tutelage of his uncles.
Norman Wright began painting in the 1970’s and still paints today.
