Pellerin spent over 10 years in St. Augustine doing plein air painting. He has been exhibited in many local galleries, The Lightner museum and The Art Association of St. Augustine. Trained as an architect, Pellerin uses that influence in his painting styles. His first love of art started at an early age as he sketched sailboats near his house. Sailboats, maritime sceneries and landscapes have continued to play an important part of his art. Denis now lives part time in the mountains near North Georgia, but comes back to pain in St. Augustine on occasion.
